Website management

I have been using this site for 18 months and I am firmly convinced that no one consistently manages the site. The site has gone down three times while playing and stripped my account of all winnings. It consistently folds my hand after I have either checked or raised. This occurs at least five or six times during two hours of play. There is no way to contact site to discuss problems with the exception of this review site and it has just gotten tiring. When working properly its a great site but now it fails on a regular basis. Im going back to Poker stars, at least it works all the time.
